The closest game on Yahoo is Chicago 57% over Detroit. The line's Chicago -6.5 and 538 has it at Chicago -3.5. I'm ignoring all that and picking the Lions to upset the Bears at Soldier Field.
The second closest is Dallas 63% over Minnesota. I'm tempted to pick the Vikings but I usually like the Cowboys in big night games at Jerryworld.
Buffalo at Cleveland's a split between Yahoo (74% Buffalo) and the line (-3 Cleveland). I am down on the Browns.
The Vegas Insider line in the battle of the Meadowlands moved from Jets -1.5 to Giants -3. Yahoo likes the Giants (84%) and Nate Silver's Commodore 64 with the floppy drive add-on likes the Jets -3.5. I blame the incongruities on the difficulty of accepting that one of these teams is going to beat another NFL team. I should pick a tie.
Seattle at San Fran is a helluva Monday night game.
